2015/16 Oxton Ladies teams most successful season yet!

This sesason has proven to be the most successful Oxton Ladies Football Club has had so far!

With the expansion of the club in the number of girls and teams we have playing every week, we can only thank everyone that works tirelessly in the background all year long for our overall success!

On the pitch all the Oxton teams have had a really good seaso. From our new U7's girls who have coped extremley well playingas one of only two girls teams in a boys dominated mini-soccer development group. Also our U9's girls teams that have shown so much promise for the years to come. Oxton's two U11's teams have had a great season as well finishing strongly in their trophy event.

With difficult weather conditions throughout December through to February the U13's and U15's suffered a long winter break this season, but all teams came back with a renewed passion for the game despite losing a considerable number of players to other activities. Culmanating in Wallasey Junior Football League titles for both Oxton Girls U13's and Oxton Ladies U15's.

Both off these teams then went onto complete the League and Cup double, winning their respective finals on the last day off the season.
